Contact the clinic directly to discuss prices for individual services which vary. Sliding Scale does not necessarily mean free. As a Federally Qualified Health Center, they are able to offer a dental sliding fee scale for eligible families and also accept Medicare/Medicaid as well as any private insurance. Dental Services Including but not limited to: Cleanings Routine check-ups X-rays - Bitewing and panoramic Nitrous oxide for anxious patients Sealants Fillings - Composite (tooth colored) and amalgam Crowns & Bridges - porcelain/gold Dentures - partial and complete Root canals Extractions Mouth Guards - sports and teeth grinding Cosmetic dentistry - whitening and veneers For more information on their sliding scale program, please contact them directly.
