This is a SLIDING SCALE clinic. The costs for clinic services are based on either your income or they offer type of financial assistance. Contact the clinic directly to discuss prices for individual services which vary. Sliding Scale does not necessarily mean free. E. A. Hawse offers Primary Family Dental services along with: Dental Exams X-Ray Preventive Cleaning and Maintenance Non-Surgical Periodontal (Gum) Therapy Routine Extractions Cosmetic Bonding Dentures Partials Routine Endodontic Therapy Crowns Fixed Bridges Night Guard and Sports Guards Bleaching TMJ/Jaw Problems Orthodontics/Braces If you are uninsured or underinsured they will work with you to arrange a method of payment for services on a sliding fee scale according to your income and number of people living in your household.
