Contact the clinic directly to discuss prices for individual services which vary. Sliding Scale does not necessarily mean free. Provides Comprehensive, Preventative and Restorative care for patients of all ages. Sliding Fee Discount for established patients under 200 percent of the poverty level. They accept Private Insurance as well as the following Medicaids: South Dakota, Iowa and Nebraska.
