Provides medical, dental, and public health services targeted to serve homeless individuals and families. Services are offered at the 8th Street clinic, satellite sites, and at selected shelters/homeless provider agencies in Yakima.Outreach services, respite care, transitional and permanent supportive housing also available.Services offered are:- Medical and dental care- Lab tests and X-rays- Medical equipment and supplies- Pregnancy tests and screening for STD's including HIV and Hepatitis- Maternity Support and Prenatal Care- Infant case management and parenting support- Referrals to chemical dependency and mental health providers- Prescription assistance for clientsEligibilityMust be homeless.A homeless person is an individual without permanent housing who may live on the street, stay in a shelter, mission, hotel, abandoned building or vehicle; or any unstable or nonpermanent situation.Hours: Monday-Thursday, 8am-6:15pm; Friday, 8am-4:15pm.
