Dental Services: Routine Exams Dental Cleanings Fluoride Treatments Dental X-Rays Root Planing and Scaling Sealants Restorative Fillings Extractions Re-cementation of Crowns/Bridges Space Maintainers Root Canals Sedation with Nitrous Oxide Prescriptions Specialist Referrals The Health Center offers a discounted fee for uninsured patients based on their income and number of dependents. All uninsured patients are requested to bring with them their most recent IRS tax return and paystubs covering the last 30 days to their next appointment. Patients are requested to come to their appointment at least 30 minutes early to work with the Front Desk staff to process this new federal requirement.
