About This Clinic
This is a SLIDING SCALE clinic. The costs for clinic services are based on either your income or they offer type of financial assistance. Contact the clinic directly to discuss prices for individual services which vary. Sliding Scale does not necessarily mean free. NOTCH provides general dental services from sites in Richford and Swanton, Vermont. Dental treatment is provided to people of all ages. Preventive treatment and primary dental care services include: Cleanings Exams X-rays Fluoride Applications Sealants Fillings (amalgam and composite) Root canals Extractions Dentures Crowns Federally Qualified Health Center. If you do not have insurance coverage, they request payment for services at the time of your visit. To assist you, they offer payment plans or a sliding fee discount for financially eligible patients. Work Hour Hours: Mon., Tue., Wed., Thu. 8:00am - 5:00pm Fri. 7:00am - 5:30pm
