About This Clinic
This is a SLIDING SCALE clinic. The costs for clinic services are based on either your income or they offer type of financial assistance. Contact the clinic directly to discuss prices for individual services which vary. Sliding Scale does not necessarily mean free. For patients who do not have dental coverage, visit fees will be based on family size and household income, according to a sliding fee scale. Upon check-in the client will be responsible for paying fees based on the scheduled services to be preformed during the dental appointment (i.e. procedures, exam, x-rays, etc.) based on the sliding fee scale.
