This is a SLIDING SCALE clinic. The costs for clinic services are based on either your income or they offer type of financial assistance. Cost of Dental ServicesPatients are charged a fee to receive services at the InterFaith Dental Clinic. All services are provided on a sliding fee scale that is determined by how many people are in the household and the annual household income.  The InterFaith Dental Clinic follows a financial guideline chart to determine what percentage the patient pays.Dental ServicesIndividuals who are medical patients at InterFaith are also eligible to receive dental services. Due to the overwhelming demand for affordable dental care in our community, you must first be an established medical patient in order to receive dental services.InterFaith's dental department provides general dentistry services including but not limited to:crowns, fillings, and partials    hygiene cleanings    extractions    dentures on a case-by-case basisIf a patient needs a service that cannot be rendered on-site, InterFaith has a large network of oral health specialists.  In other words, an InterFaith patient can visit an area dentist, orthodontist, periodontist, or oral surgeon and receive needed services while still paying according to InterFaith's rates.
