Contact the clinic directly to discuss prices for individual services which vary. Sliding Scale does not necessarily mean free. West Salem Dental Clinic, established in 2002, is next door to the West Salem Medical Clinic, and offers a full range of dental services for patients of all ages. Dental Services: Preventive dental services including exams, x-rays, and cleanings Sealants Fillings Extractions Crowns Bridges Referrals as needed (dentures, oral surgery) Interpreter services Oregon Health Plan enrollment assistance ? Linkages with Medical and Mental Health services Emergency services to established patients Income based discounts are available for uninsured patients. Hours: Monday - Thursday, 7:00 am - 5:30 pm.
