This is a SLIDING SCALE clinic. The costs for clinic services are based on either your income or they offer type of financial assistance. Contact the clinic directly to discuss prices for individual services which vary. Sliding Scale does not necessarily mean free. The department provides the following services: Complete exams Emergency exams Adult and child prophy Cleanings and fluoride treatment Composite, amalgam and tooth-colored fillings Deep scaling Periodontal therapy Root planning Sealants Stainless steel crowns Nitrous oxide sedation (both for children only) and extractionsThe department can diagnose a patient’s dental needs with greater accuracy with its digital x-ray and electronic medical records system.Sliding scale available.Hours: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm. 1st Thursday, 12:00 pm - 5:00 pm. 2nd, 3rd & 4th Thursday, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm.
