This is a SLIDING SCALE clinic. The costs for clinic services are based on either your income or they offer type of financial assistance. Preventive Dental Care    Oral Exam/Radiograph Study (mandatory at initial visit)    Recall Exam every six (6) months    Periodontal Scaling/Deep Cleaning    Prophylaxis/Cleaning    Restorative Dentistry – Amalgam/Composite Fillings    Extractions    Root Canals and Crowns (limited)    Partial Dentures    Complete Dentures    Dental care for pregnant patients consists on evaluation and cleaning; mainly, to educate patients on oral health care and pregnancy.    Dental care for children starting at six (6) months of age and to educate parents on preventive dental careThe Mount Vernon Neighborhood Health Center also has a sliding fee scale for patients without health insurance coverage so that quality care is provided to all patients without concern for the ability of the patient to pay. The sliding fee scale is individually adjusted according to family size and income.
