About This Clinic
Horizon Health Center supports three facilities in Hudson County that focus on advancing the science of medicine, while providing outstanding patient care. Diverse programs offered include; Adult Medicine, Pediatrics, Obstetrics, Gynecology, Family Planning, Dentistry, Psychiatry, Podiatry, Youth Educational/Empowerment Programs and Behavioral Health.
