Our Mission To ensure equal access to quality dental care and preventive education for all. We fulfill our mission through clinical services, preventive education programs, training of professionals, and advocacy. The Sliding Fee Scale is a discount program for self-pay patients at Community Dental Care based on the Federal Poverty Guidelines for family income and size. Work Hour Monday: 7:30am to 9:30pm Tuesday: 7:30am to 9:30pm Wednesday: 7:30am to 9:30pm Thursday: 7:30am to 9:30pm Friday: 7:30am to 5:30pm
