This is a SLIDING SCALE clinic. The costs for clinic services are based on either your income or they offer type of financial assistance. Contact the clinic directly to discuss prices for individual services which vary. Sliding Scale does not necessarily mean free. Services Include: Well Child Oral Examinations Oral Examinations Oral Examinations Hygiene Prophylaxis Cleanings Restorative Fillings, Crowns and Bridges Implants Dentures Extractions Emergency Care Teeth Whitening Fluoride and Sealant Applications Root Canal Therapy (RCT) Sliding Fee Scale Discounts: MFC provides services to all individuals, regardless of their ability to pay. A sliding fee discount program is available based on income (at 200% or below the federal poverty guidelines) and family size. The Patient Assistance Coordinators are available to assist with those uninsured and underinsured to help determine eligibility. Work Hour Monday: 7am-8pm Tues. – Thursday: 7am-5:30pm Friday: 7am-5pm
