Contact the clinic directly to discuss prices for individual services which vary. Sliding Scale does not necessarily mean free. Currently offers pediatric and adult preventative and restorative care, replacement care with dentures, partials, and bridges, emergency care such as extractions and root canals, and cosmetic care. Offers a sliding fee discount for eligible patients. Work Hour Monday – Friday 8AM-4:30PM
