This is a SLIDING SCALE clinic. The costs for clinic services are based on either your income or they offer type of financial assistance. Contact the clinic directly to discuss prices for individual services which vary. Sliding Scale does not necessarily mean free. DFD Russell Medical Center offers a sliding fee program for eligible patients. The program offers different levels of discounts for services based on a patient’s income. Also has a patient assistance program and discount medication program. Provides dental cleanings, sealant placement, fluoride, and brushing instructions at select DFD Russell Medical Center locations throughout the year. Work Hour Monday: 8:30 am-7:30 pm Tuesday: 8:30 am-5:00 pm Wednesday: 8:30 am-5:00 pm Thursday: 8:30 am-7:30 pm Friday: 8:30 am-5:00 pm
