Service provided: oral examinations hygienists for teeth cleaning, brushing and flossing instruction diagnostic x-rays tooth extraction fillings and sealants filingsAt Knox Community Health Center, payment is based on ability to pay. Income eligible uninsured patients are charged on a federally approved sliding fee scale to ensure income or lack of insurance is not a barrier to health and dental care.Hours: 8:00 am - 4:30 pm.
