This is a SLIDING SCALE clinic. The costs for clinic services are based on either your income or they offer type of financial assistance. Contact the clinic directly to discuss prices for individual services which vary. Sliding Scale does not necessarily mean free. Open Monday through Friday, 8am - 5pm (closed 12 noon-1pm for lunch) This clinic provides General Dentistry services to their patients. Insurances are accepted through Medicaid, Delta Dental, and payments on a sliding scale for those without Medicaid or Medicare or Delta Dental.
