Hoffner Dental Clinic - Orange County Public Health Department

Mon- Fri: 8:00am - 5:00pm Provides preventive dental services to children that meet the following criteria:    Children ages 2 to 18 - fees based on a sliding scale    Children ages 2 to 20 receiving Medicaid    Must have Birth Certificate and / or court appointed legal guardianship for each eligible child.Adult patients over the age of 20 with Medicaid needing emergency dental care. Preventive Services at this facility include: Cleaning, Examination, X-rays, Fluoride Placement, Oral Hygiene Instruction, and Sealant Placement. Routine Services at this facility include: Fillings and Extractions (tooth removal). Emergency Services at this facility include: Emergency Examination, Oral Evaluation, X-rays, Prescriptions and Emergency Extractions (tooth removal).
