This is a SLIDING SCALE clinic. The costs for clinic services are based on either your income or they offer type of financial assistance. Contact the clinic directly to discuss prices for individual services which vary. Sliding Scale does not necessarily mean free. They provide eligibility services on site that may qualify you for an insurance or their sliding fee discount programs based on your income verification. Please contact the office or inquire within for additional information. Dental Services onsite include: Preventive: Cleanings, X-rays, exams, sealants, flouride treatments Basic and Major Restorative Services includes: fillings, extractions, root canals, crowns, dentures, partials, periodontal scaling Walk-ins are welcome for dental emergencies Referrals for Specialty Services are provided at the same visit as needed for Oral Surgery, Endodontics, Orthodontics (braces), Pedodontics, TMJ Specialists, Periodontics, and Implantologists Work Hour Monday 8:00 am - 5:30 pmTuesday 8:00 am - 5:30 pmWednesday 8:00 am - 5:30 pmThursday 8:00 am - 5:30 pmFriday 9:30 am - 5:30 pmSaturday closedSunday closed
