Cross Road Health Ministries, Inc. is dedicated to making healthcare affordable and accessible.They accept most insurance plans including Tri-Care, Medicare, Medicaid and Denali Kid Care. They also offer a sliding fee discount for qualified patients and families.This program is based on Federal Poverty Guidelines. If qualified, this discount would help with the prices of office visits and prescriptions (at Glennallen pharmacy) and other ancillary items.Applications may be picked up at your clinic. Income verification is needed to complete the application process.
