Hours of OperationMonday - Friday: 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.Evening and Saturday appointments available;call for an appointmentThe minimum fee for uninsured clients is $20.  this amount is due and payable at each clinic visit.  The remaining balance is determined by whether or not the client qualifies for a sliding fee scale discount.  This discount is based on verification of an individual's income and household size.
